Our Services

Peer Groups

Our groups are available for anyone over the age of 16 years old living with ADHD in the Scottish Borders.  You don't even have to have a clinical diagnosis of ADHD as we understand there's many people either on long waiting lists or removed from waiting lists due to lack of additional "criteria".

We know that new groups can be overwhelming so we're happy if you want to bring a friend along for extra support.

Peer Support

This session is all about peer support.  We welcome anyone who needs support living with ADHD, whether you're:

  • diagnosed
  • not diagnosed
  • a parent of children with ADHD
  • paid/unpaid carer / professional
  • family member or friend

We know that people with ADHD can struggle with concentration, making completing some of the necessary paperwork tasks that is required for formal diagnosis or accessing benefits, difficult.

At our Body Buddies, we've created an environment so you can

  • prioritise those odd tasks
  • make plans
  • set realistic goals
  • get started and/or finish tasks

Feel free to work independently, with a partner or ask for support if needed.
